Dr. E*
I am re-posting Dr. E's original operative report which lists an anesthesiologist who was not present for my surgery along with a letter from this doctor confirming this fact; the consent form in which I made changes regarding administration of general anesthesia; and the anesthesia record illegibly signed by an individual whose identity and qualifications were never revealed to me.
I am re-posting links to my photos BEFORE surgery by Dr. E***** showing normal jaw position, range of motion , etc...photos taken AFTER this surgery and pre and post operative comparisons. This is my legal right. I will not compromise my own integrity out of fear. This material has been online for 7 years and is factual.
Other material which appears elsewhere online is a warning letter sent to Dr. E by the FDA and Dr. E's malpractice history, showing 6 claims filed in the past 10 years. One was dismissed. Two remain active.
One was settled for $1,000,000,000. The other, which occurred around the same time as my operation and involved the same resident, was settled for $425,000.

you seem to have tons of documentation to back up your story. eppley should be disciplined by the medical board. how do these doctors get away with mistreatment like this?

Well i am very upset to read this story. Well i am waiting for the response of doctors. Can you share that how doctors get away with this treatment. I am so curious to know the matter. I am waiting for your response.
